I grew up Losing Weight Nature’s Wayin the 1980′s and we always had butter and other fatty foods and that’s what we all ate, I never had a problem with my weight because as a kid we where all active and had a flat stomach. Today I’m in my forties and I’m always hungry,I’m not in the best shape I could be working harder and I’m always try to be careful of what I do eat.
The thought of working out everday and stop eating all the tasty foods is to much for anyone so what we have to do is evertime we reach for that cookie or cake, just have a small piece and start to work on portion control. It is very important for us all to get at least 30 minutes a day of execsise, take a walk, go shopping and walk around the mall, cleaning the house and not snacking all day it’ s hard to break old habets but if you want to be able to move around in your older years you need to start somewhere.

You may have read about the distinction between “good” and “bad” carbs.  What these phrases means is that certain carbohydrates contain simple sugars and do not provide long-lasting energy for the body and give you a  flat stomach.  You need to consume “good” carbohydrates more often to ensure that you are getting the right kind of food for your body.  Also called “complex” carbohydrates and include fruits, vegetables, and whole-grains.
